I was seeking a book on operating principles, and this book does this, in a unique, story-telling, way. I bought it without reviewing it. After reading some of it, I found myself wishing for an extensive index, more topical headings, and less story telling. But the story telling is also the books charm. Just know you are not getting an operating manual.
